Problem: Every new client needs the same setup in Airtable, Xero, Notion and Gmail, and doing it by hand causes delays and missed steps.

What I built: A Make scenario watches Airtable records and checks Xero for an existing contact. The new-contact path creates a contact and invoice, adds a Notion item, sends Gmail emails, and updates Airtable to keep onboarding records connected.

Make Won Deal to Client Onboarding scenario linking Airtable, Xero, Notion, and Gmail
Airtable Watch records runs every 15 minutes, followed by Xero Search for Contacts, an Array aggregator, and an If-else split for an existing or new contact. The visible new-contact branch creates a Xero contact, passes through Merge, creates an invoice and a Notion data-source item, sends a Gmail email, updates the Airtable record, and sends another email. The existing-contact branch ends at an empty module placeholder.
