His WhatsApp Support Bot answers customers from a Notion knowledge base using Supabase vector search and Gemini (RAG). Questions it can't answer become HubSpot tickets, and the agent's reply is sent back on WhatsApp and can be added to the knowledge base. His Facebook chatbot answers questions using Google Docs knowledge and Gemini memory. His WhatsApp qualifier collects five answers, scores leads with AI, updates HubSpot, and routes follow-ups to Notion, Slack, or a nurture list. Companion workflows alert Slack on errors; they do not repair failures automatically.

Apollo enriches company details and routes leads to Sheets, Slack, and email. GoHighLevel sends service-specific email and SMS follow-ups, flags replies as hot leads, and stops the earlier sequence. Asana workflows handle stage-based onboarding, quotes, and follow-ups.

VAPI checks availability and books, changes, or cancels appointments. GoHighLevel sends reminders 24 hours, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before a booking, then three follow-up texts a day apart after a cancellation or no-show.
